Our Commitment to Quality & Integrity

Our academy operates on the values of honesty, transparency, and Islamic etiquette (*Adab*). These policies ensure a productive, safe, and blessed (*Barakah*-filled) learning environment for all our students, teachers, and parents.

1. Academic & Shariah Standards

  • Authentic Curriculum: All courses follow authentic Quranic sciences, Tajweed rules, and Islamic teachings in according with Sunnah.
  • Certified Tutors: Our tutors are certified Hafiz-e-Quran, Qaris, and Islamic Scholars (*Ijazah* holders) verified through background checks.
  • Respect for Knowledge: Students are encouraged to maintain spiritual purity (*Wudu*) and utmost reverence (*Adab*) during Quran recitation sessions.

2. Code of Conduct & Modesty

  • Modest Attire: Both teachers and students must dress modestly in proper Islamic attire during live video classes.
  • Female Tutors for Sisters: Female students and young girls are assigned certified female tutors to preserve Islamic boundaries.
  • Professional Boundaries: Personal contact sharing (WhatsApp/Phone/Social Media) between tutors and students is strictly prohibited outside official academy management.

3. Attendance & Rescheduling

  • Punctuality: Students are expected to log into the virtual classroom 2 to 3 minutes prior to the scheduled class time.
  • Advance Notice: Please notify management or your tutor at least 6 hours in advance if a student cannot attend a session.
  • Make-up Sessions: A maximum of 2 make-up classes per month will be arranged for missed sessions with prior notice.
  • Teacher Absence: If a tutor misses a class due to emergency or power outage, 100% of missed classes will be compensated.

4. Fee & Refund Policy

  • Advance Payment: Tuition fees are billed on a monthly subscription basis, payable in advance within the first 5 days of each month.
  • Free Evaluation / Trial: New students are entitled to a 3-day free trial before committing to any package.
  • Refund Guarantee: If you choose to discontinue within the first week of paid subscription, a prorated refund will be issued promptly.

5. Privacy, Data Safety & No-Recording Policy

  • Strict Privacy: Student profiles, emails, and phone numbers are kept strictly confidential and never sold or shared with third parties.
  • No Recording: Recording live video or audio sessions without prior written permission from both the academy and the teacher is strictly prohibited.
  • Parental Monitoring: Parents are welcome to sit in or monitor their children's classes to ensure quality and peace of mind.
  • Secure Classrooms: Classes take place in password-protected, encrypted online meeting rooms (Zoom / Google Meet).
